REFUND POLICY
Physical Products Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items returned outside this window, or showing signs of use, will not be accepted. Return postage is the customer's responsibility in all cases except where the item is confirmed faulty or incorrectly dispatched by Odyssey Innovation. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of inspection and acceptance of the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
Digital Products (Plastic Credit + Certification) All Plastic Credit + Certification purchases are strictly non-refundable. Environmental recovery work is initiated upon purchase and cannot be reversed. No exceptions will be made once an order is confirmed.
Faulty or Damaged Items Claims for faulty or damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number sent to hello@odysseyinnovation.com. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered. We reserve the right to offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Bundles Where a bundle contains both physical and digital products, the digital component is non-refundable in all circumstances. Refund eligibility applies only to the physical component, subject to the conditions above.
