TERMS OF SERVICE 

Orders & Payment All sales are final upon confirmation of payment. Odyssey Innovation reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. In the event of cancellation by Odyssey Innovation, a full refund will be issued. Customers may not cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

Shipping Risk of loss and title for physical products passes to the customer upon dispatch. Odyssey Innovation is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once handed to the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery address accuracy at the time of order. Re-delivery costs resulting from incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.

Digital Products Plastic Credit + Certification products are delivered digitally within 3–5 business days. Failure to receive the certification email due to spam filtering or incorrect email address provided at checkout does not constitute grounds for a refund or redelivery at no charge.

Intellectual Property All content, designs, frameworks, and certification systems — including the Net Regeneration Scheme and Plastic Footprint Certification — are the exclusive intellectual property of Odyssey Innovation. Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or misrepresentation of any Odyssey Innovation certification is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability Odyssey Innovation's total liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the order placed. We accept no liability for indirect, consequential, or economic loss of any kind.

Amendments Odyssey Innovation reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
