Política de cancelamento
CANCELLATION POLICY
Physical Products Orders may be cancelled without charge provided the request is made before dispatch. To cancel, contact hello@odysseyinnovation.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — the standard returns process applies.
Digital Products (Plastic Credit + Certification) Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase and before the certification process has been initiated. After this window, all sales are final and no cancellation or refund will be issued. To request a cancellation within this window, contact hello@odysseyinnovation.com immediately with your order number.
Bundles Where a bundle contains both physical and digital products, cancellation of the digital component is subject to the digital cancellation terms above. The physical component may be cancelled separately provided it has not yet been dispatched.
Subscriptions & Recurring Orders Where applicable, subscription or recurring certification orders may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellations take effect from the following billing period — no partial refunds are issued for the current period.
How to Cancel All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@odysseyinnovation.com with your order number and the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST". Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
